Almost every person can think of someone affected by pancreatic diseases in their life. It is so common, yet most have a poor understanding of what is really happening inside our pancreas. Each person involved in the start of this organization has been affected in some way by these diseases. Whether we have been a patient, a spouse, a family member, etc. we are all deeply saddened by the impact these diseases can have on life, so we have all gathered our strength to begin the "Pay it Forward" part of our journeys. It has become our motto.

Our mission is to provide funding to advance research leading to a cure of pancreatic disease and to provide support for patients and their families

About Pancreatitis: Did you know that 240,000 people a year are diagnosed with pancreatitis and there is no treatment for it? Doctors must treat the symptoms and hope for the best outcome. 15-20% of patients with severe acute pancreatitis will die from this disease. We need to develop research projects to gain a better understanding of this terrible disease.

About Pancreatic Cancer: Did you know that pancreatic cancer is the most lethal malignancy know to mankind? This form of cancer takes the lives of virtually almost all patients diagnosed with this. Pancreatic cancer is the only malignancy in which the incidence equals the mortality.
